Partnership Annuity – What is It?
Before we can talk about a partnership annuity, we have to define what an annuity is. Basically, an annuity is an agreement where a lump sum-style investment is initiated. From this initial investment, a person will get a promised amount of income for the rest of his or her life. A majority of annuities are purchased by way of pension funds that are then held within money purchase pension plans.
